The leaders of Hamilton County government are committed to strengthening the county’s innovation environment. They want employees to think of ideas to add value for the county, share the ideas, and help implement them. To support employees in strengthening the innovation environment, the Human Resource Development Division created the “Hamilton County Innovates” training program. As of the beginning of this year, over 1,700 employees have attended the training class. This training session has produced positive results for Hamilton County, and the employees who attended now recognize that their ideas are important for the county.
