The Department of Human Resources’s Talent Development Division designed and launched the Diversity & Inclusion Training Series to provide all Countywide employees with the skills they need to meet our Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) goals. The training series is comprised of a collection of courses that focus on the County's commitment to valuing diversity and practicing inclusion. The classroom based trainings were designed in-house and customized to the specific needs and challenges we have as a region. They offer insightful examples that are specific to the types of work our employees are responsible for and to the populations we serve. All classes can be customized to the needs of the departments when a specific challenge arises.
