The DDJ Behavioral Health and Social Services Group is composed of individuals whose primary responsibilities address homelessness, mental illness, physical health and substance abuse treatment and recovery support services. Discussion topics may include coordinating efforts with strategic partners and information sharing, innovative service delivery and community-based interventions and best practices, among other topics.
This quarter’s call will follow up on the DDJ Virtual Panel Discussion: Lessons Learned from Pilot Projects for Serving Frequent Utilizers. Participants will hear more details about Middlesex County’s pilot project and have an opportunity to ask questions and engage in a discussion around these efforts.
