Leveraging Equitable, Measurable and Sustainable Solutions for ARPA Recovery Fund Planning and Local Investments
The Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (Recovery Fund), part of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), which NACo helped develop and strongly advocated to pass, allocates $65.1 billion in direct, flexible aid to every county across the nation. Now that these critical funds are being administered by the U.S. Department of Treasury, counties are beginning to carefully develop and implement Recovery Fund investment plans.
