Celeste Carano

Celeste is a Delivery Leader at DA, supporting DA's work on State Recovery Now. Celeste currently advises several US cities implementing $1M innovations as part of the Bloomberg Philanthropies Mayor's Challenge, and previously supported strategic planning for a national U.S. education nonprofit and monitoring and evaluation for a U.S. foundation.
