This innovative program is a collaborative partnership with corrections (Montgomery County Department of Correction and Rehabilitation â MCDOCR) and libraries (Montgomery County Public Libraries â MCPL) to provide an opportunity for offenders to give back to the community in a meaningful way; while acquiring work skills and habits enhancing future employability. Under the Workforce ReEntry Job Shop, the Library Book Repair Program (LBRP) will train inmates to professionally repair damaged library books.
