The purpose of this program is to provide a motivational tool for staff to be innovative in finding effective measures to save costs, improve productivity, and preserve the environment. This program has worked to help build partnerships with other local County agencies, provide resources that help support their operations, as well as meet the needs of the internal and external customers. The program has resulted in improved customer service, an increase in productivity and morale. And increase in revenue, and a flow of creative ideas to prevent mistakes and errors that may result in permanently losing of destroying important data from the network server which supports the Recorder’s and Assessor’s Offices.
