The Innovation and Collaboration Program provides tools and resources to County leadership to incorporate innovation initiatives into County policies, planning, culture, and operations. The cross-functional Innovation and Collaboration Team works with departments and agencies to foster collaboration and innovation so that efforts are fully leveraged across the organization. The team seeks and identifies innovative ideas and develops projects and activities focusing on strategic goals of high-quality innovation targeted to benefit the County's employees and the public community.
