The Expedited Incarcerated-Obligor Suspension Program is a partnership between the Hennepin County Collection Services Division (Agency) and the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office (HCAO) to more expeditiously curtail the unnecessary accumulation of child support arrearages while an obligor is incarcerated. This is achieved by transferring the preparation of court documentation from the complicated and time-consuming state computer system, PRISM and finalizing the court documents with the CORD computer program used by the Agency, to a streamlined, speedier Microsoft Word template generated by the HCAO.
