In April of 2013, Suffolk County opened the first County-run Traffic Parking Violations Agency. An extraordinary amount of collaboration, analysis and planning preceded opening day. After completion of development, the hard analysis began to better understand and improve upon constituent wait times, strengthen public safety and ensure ease of use by Suffolk County’s motorist community.
