In order to facilitate and collect client feedback, the ACPD developed the Client Programs and Services Survey to collect information from clients about their experience with ACPD-contracted program/service providers. The survey is intended to provide a mechanism where clients can provide feedback on their experience – good or bad – with a program/service and provider. Results from client surveys are sent to and reviewed by ACPD leadership, communicated to relevant program/service providers, and are used to identify ways of improving experiences with programs and services for clients. The effort has been of great use in improving communication between the ACPD and service providers while addressing issues and areas identified as in need of improvement in a more proactive manner in an effort to better the client experience.
