Blueprint Chesterfield is the framework that organizes longstanding county practices related to budget and strategic planning into a more coordinated and understandable system. To that end, Blueprint also serves as a communications tool to facilitate more meaningful dialogue concerning the County’s strategic mission, both internally and with the community. Blueprint Chesterfield allows us to more easily define why we do what we do.
