Traffic Signals & Signs (TSS) is a division within the Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW) in Miami-Dade County. TSS is currently utilizing Infor EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) modules for asset and work management. A new process was developed to replace an outdated interface of the county’s 311 Hub into the Public Works System (PWS) with and interface directly into EAM.
