Kristanne Littlefield

Kristanne Littlefield drives the adoption of digital technologies and public sector innovation through the generation of new ideas, inventive strategies, outcome driven decision-making, and responsive development.  She utilizes an iterative, information-centric, and agile approach to transform concepts into tangible solutions that make government services simple, effective, and easy to use.  She fosters strategic partnerships and applies transformational technologies to enhance the County’s value proposition and produce well-integrated and customer-centric programs, products and services.  Ms. Littlefield has been with Arlington County since April 2011. In a technology-focused career spanning more than 20 years, Ms. Littlefield has worked in the international nonprofit, private, and government sectors in various capacities.  She holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Political Science/Philosophy, International Affairs and Business Administration.
