	CONNECTING THE UNCONNECTED During the conference, NACo 2018–19 President Greg Cox announced his new presidential initiative, Connecting the Unconnected. The Initiative will explore ways that county governments are connecting our residents in the spirit of building healthy, safe and vibrant communities.
	AMERICAN COUNTY PLATFORM During the conference, county leaders adopted the American County Platform, which sets NACo’s federal policy agenda for the coming year.
