- The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) recently announced that Hans Riemer, Montgomery County, Md. councilman, has been appointed to the FCC’s Intergovernmental Advisory Committee (IAC). Reimer is a member of NACo’s Telecommunications and Technology Steering Committee.
- NACo President Bryan Desloge spoke at the American Association of Community Colleges in Orange County, Calif. on Workforce Development Jan. 25.
