NACo members will be able to cast their vote for second vice president at the 2019 NACo Annual Conference July 12-15 in Clark County, Nevada, along with their votes new policy positions for the American County Platform. County delegates must be present at the Annual Business Meeting, Monday, July 15, to cast their votes
