Jessica Jennings

Associate Legislative Director – Transportation and Infrastructure

Jessica Jennings serves as Associate Legislative Director for Transportation and Infrastructure. In this role, Jessica staffs NACo’s Transportation Policy Steering Committee and works with county officials from across the nation to set organizational priorities and policies for transportation and infrastructure issues that affect local governments.

Jessica joins NACo from the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), where she served as policy advisor in the Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs. Prior to GSA, Jessica worked on behalf of counties, local airports, ports and a variety of transportation-focused organizations in her role at Van Scoyoc Associates. Jessica also spent just under five years serving the Legislative Branch in the office of Congressman Mike Rogers (AL).
