The NACo Tech Xchange Discussion Community allows members to:
- Send email questions to the entire group
- Set the email notifications for daily and weekly digests
- Access a searchable directory of all Tech Xchange Members and send emails directly to an individual
- Submit responses to online technology polls
The NACo Tech Xchange Portal is an Online Library of Resources, including:
- Policies
- Job Descriptions
- Toolkits
- National Resources
Additional benefits provide technology members with the opportunity to add:
- Participate in Focus Groups
- Participate in quarterly cyber-attack simulations at a reduced (or no cost)
- Participate in Surveys and see aggregate results on valuable technology trends from the county perspective
- Receive weekly updates from NACo staff on technology events, alerts, article summaries and national media highlights
- Receive the monthly Tech Xchange newsletter highlighting technology activities from the NACo IT Standing, IT Advisory Council as well as the GIS Subcommittee

On May 30, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) released an update to its National Broadband Map that includes corrections made through the agency’s challenge process.
