The “WebPSN” software application is a web-based, multi-user, secured, database designed to meet the needs of county emergency management agencies to track People with Special Needs for hurricane evacuation and other disaster sheltering. This application also generates reports based on the level of evacuation called for in order to identify PSN’s in need of evacuation for a given storm.
