The County of San Diego Health and Human Services Agency Eligibility Training department is always looking for ways to help and support staff to continue to learn and adapt to continuous program changes and regulations. In an effort to develop new and innovative ways to support staff in their continued learning, Eligibility Training developed its very own Eligibility YouTube training channel. The Eligibility Training department began creating short informative training videos so staff can learn about updates to program rules and regulations, updates to the automated systems, and to refresh on needed training topics or identified error trends. The videos have been organized on a YouTube Training channel so staff can easily click through the different videos available. The success of these videos prompted the Eligibility Training team to begin developing videos to share with the public in order to assist customers with the application process. These videos have been shared on the HHSA Facebook page.
