The purpose of the Marriage Certificate Kiosk is to provide the constituents a quick and easy process to receive certified marriage certificate documents. Since the implementation of the Marriage Kiosk, the customer’s wait time has been considerably reduced to receive their certificate. The self-service system is very user friendly for customers to receive a quality product instantly. The project that will be outlined below has improved customer service, reduced customer traffic, and has increased the revenue stream for the County and the State. The Clark County Recorder’s Office has provided a comprehensive detailed discussion of the Marriage Certificate Kiosk which meets the criteria for the 2015 NACo Achievement Award.
