The platform encourages those identified through the court system with the skills, encouragement, and support to maintain a sober lifestyle. Participants are required to engage in community therapies, practical workforce instruction, meeting educational milestones, and gaining self-confidence to ensure success and decrease recidivism.As an alternative sentencing program, those otherwise classified for incarceration are allowed to remain in the community setting while actively participating in a stringent community based work program. Participants are assisted through a needs-based platform and strictly monitored, supported, held accountable, and encouraged to maintain gainful employment and commit to improved lifestyle changes. The mission and vision are clear; to provide those in need of a second chance with the skills and platform to be successful.
