RiverHealth is a project developed by Clackamas County’s Department of Water Environment Services (WES), who is responsible for providing Wastewater Collection and Treatment for seven cities and several unincorporated areas in Clackamas County. The purpose of the RiverHealth brand is to educate and involve the public with the Capacity Management Program, a short-term remedy to the wastewater capacity issues currently facing Clackamas County.
