The youth program creates a partnership between high school students and mentors from the business and professional community. This 12-week program follows a three-week job readiness workshop. Participants develop an appreciation for work ethics and an enhanced ability to compete in the workplace post-graduation. This program increases their earning potential and the likelihood that they will have a more stable financial outcome. Some students needed the opportunity alone and other students needed more intense support.
