Palm Beach County’s Community Services OSCARSS Portal is the information hub for Special Funding and Low Income Assistance in Palm Beach County. This portal allows Palm Beach County Residents to get help in terms of Rent, utilities and food assistance while recovering from the Direct or Indirect Financial crisis from the coronavirus pandemic. Palm Beach County Residents can apply for Services anywhere they have internet access even from their phones. They can also check the Status of their applications from their OSCARSS Account; from Submitted, Review in Process, In Progress, Pending Payment, and Paid. The Services applied for are processed individually and the status shows for each service requested, which allows faster payments to the Vendors.
