The Clerk’s Office brought an innovative approach to the way people wait in line by “virtual queuing.” Virtual queuing means reserving a place in line without physically standing in line. Through a system purchased by Qmatic, the office utilizes a series of kiosk, ticket printers, and digital signage to accurately and efficiently direct customers. It also records all data to generate reports (historical & real time) for customer wait times, employee transaction times, and facility throughput. This solution improves efficiency, improves customer experiences, increases staff satisfaction and improves operations.
