The Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA)/Homeless Assistance Resource Team (HART) is a group of entities that work together to engage the homeless in services and link them with resources which will assist them out of homelessness. The team consists of representatives from the Sheriff’s Department; HHSA , including self-sufficiency and public health; Department of Public Works (DPW), McAlister Institute, Family Health Centers, Crisis House, etc.
