The purpose of this program is to provide awareness and education to citizens and the title companies regarding fraudulent scams and activities concerning their properties, or real estate by conducting formal Records Research Outreach Workshops. The Clark County Recorder’s Office is a member of the Nevada Fight Fraud Task Force and work along with law enforcement agencies to provide awareness of various fraudulent activities that may occur in the real estate market.
