County University is the training program for all Durham County employees that encompasses all of the training and development opportunities over the course of an employee’s career with the county. The goal of County U is to provide opportunities for employees to invest in their own career, personal, and professional development, thus enhancing overall employee satisfaction and performance. County U offers courses and programs focused on management/leadership development, business skills, personal development/soft skills, compliance, and personal wellness.
