The DAAS Case Management System, (DCMS) is a web-based application designed to manage and track Reports of Abuse within the countyâs adult community. The process starts with a call at the CAAHL Center. Each call is logged as an Intake record and later on routed to the appropriate DAAS agency to be further processed. Each step is monitored in the system, from the Social workerâs initial face to face interview with the victim, identifying perpetrators validating all allegations, working with Law Enforcement, providing service plans for the victim, all the way providing case conclusion and closure. The system manages all adult reports of abuse in our community and ensures victims receives the help and assistance they need.
