Clark County Development Services developed and implemented a new customer queuing system in the Permit Application Center, which serves as the central processing hub for all permit issuance, plan submittal, plan review, and inspection service functions within Clark County. Staff members from each of these functional groups, representing eight functional service counter areas, worked together toward the goal to create an intuitive and simplistic customer interface that would accomplish precise customer routing through complex building processes and workflows.
