The Cultural Brokers Resilience Program (CBRP) focuses on community engagement and the professional development of cultural brokers in the county and neighboring areas. This program works in partnership with local governments and non-profits to advance racial equity and social justice by supporting the work of Cultural Brokers in their communities. The CBRP’s three main areas or impact are contained in the following projects: Boulder County ¡SUMA!, the Cafecito Cultural Network, and the Mosaics Project. The CBRP is a direct continuation of the Resiliency for All Report recommendations and three years of work have led to a community-driven and county-supported program. Each of the areas mentioned has been co-designed with community partners to support the regional Cultural Brokers network in the county and to embrace diversity and resiliency for all.
