Henrico County Public Schools’ ACE Center at Highland Springs partnered with the local Melting Pot fondue restaurant to give students an opportunity to gain hands-on repair and refinishing experience on cabinet components. Some of the restaurant’s wooden partitions needed structural and cosmetic repairs. These serve as privacy barriers for customers or enable the staff to expand sections by removing partitions to create seating areas for large groups of patrons.
