In an effort to make the Information Technology (IT) The Montgomery County, Maryland, Department of Technology Services – Geographic Information Systems (DTS-GIS) developed and published a new and innovative Cloud based on-line tool that allows the County's Department of Transportation (DOT) to collaborate with two organizations outside the County to research potential bikeshare station locations in Montgomery County.
