The San Bernardino County Workforce Development Board (WDB) has hosted the annual Y4 Youth Leadership Event since 2012. The event provides career guidance, promotes educational resources, and highlights local workforce opportunities. The event includes a resource and job fair, as well as motivational speakers who engage the youth in dynamic workshops, providing advice on workplace skills, and tips on how to network for career success.
