About Terri Lewis, Ph.D.
Terri Lewis is a native of Jefferson County and returned to the area after making a career of developing and administering not-for-profit programs for persons experiencing economic disadvantages. After leaving Montana in 1974, she worked in Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee, the People’s Republic of China and Taiwan. Terri is experienced in designing and leading economic development in underserved communities and teaches program evaluation and project management processes at the graduate school level. she has a Ph.D. in rehabilitation administration from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois and a masters of science degree in multi-handicaps from MSU-Billings.
