About Daniel Mosteller
Daniel Mosteller is the Special Deputy Attorney General of the North Carolina Department of Justice. Prior to joining the North Carolina Department of Justice, he was the Acting Special Litigation Counsel for Fair Lending, Civil Rights Division and a trial attorney in the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. He is former litigation counsel for the Center for Responsible Lending and clerked for the Hon. Marsha Berzon, United States Court for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Mosteller earned his doctor of law from Harvard University.
