    Kimberly is NACo's technology network program manager. She is responsible for implementing NACo Tech Xchange solutions and programs developed with the CIO and the IT Advisory Council. This includes security programs, toolkits for technology initiatives, data governance, recruitment/retention and rural technology assistance.

    Before joining NACo, Kimberly held several positions at AT&T, including senior solutions architect, agile project manager and senior business manager, IT. Kimberly holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia, a master's degree from North Carolina A&T State University, and a law degree from Northwestern.

Kimberly is NACo's technology network program manager. She is responsible for implementing NACo Tech Xchange solutions and programs developed with the CIO and the IT Advisory Council.
