The vital records section of the clerk’s office provides veteran photo ID to county veterans that have a DD214 (discharge paper) on file with the clerk’s office. This allows veterans to carry proof that they are a veteran without having to carry around their DD214, enabling them to get discounts at retailers in the area that offer them.
