    Vaccine Hesitancy Outreach

San Bernardino County (SBC) COVID Contact Tracing Program (CCTP) initiated a survey to assess vaccine hesitancy among unvaccinated, former COVID-19 cases in communities with the lowest COVID-19 vaccination rates. CCTP developed a survey informed by the World Health Organization’s Strategic Advisory Group of Experts 2014 report, and leveraged existing surveillance data to enhance understanding of the prevalence and reasons for vaccine hesitancy within these communities. CCTP addressed concerns, provided information, and facilitated vaccination appointments when possible. County San Bernardino County, Calif.
