The Senior Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (SNEMT) program was established to meet the medical transportation needs of Orange County’s older adult population. The program provides door-to-door and curb-to-curb transportation services to both ambulatory and non-ambulatory clients aged 60 and above. The SNEMT program has provided a total of 686,625 non-emergency medical trips to the older adult population in Orange County since 2015.
