Gwinnett County’s Department of Community Services Health and Human Services Division’s initiative of the OneStop 4 Help program provides residents with all-encompassing social service support. The program provides residents access to resources and referrals to direct services and assistance around social determinants of health issues. Community navigators, warming stations, services for Veterans and their families, and wrap-around resources are examples of the services provided.
