My Property App
-
Achievement Award ProgramAlameda County is home to 1.5 million residents. The My Property App provides an easy to use portal for county property data. With this app, a person can find out everything they need to know about their property, property they are responsible for, or simply property they are interested in. You can pay property taxes, peruse county parcel maps, get driving directions to County offices, or to the property itself, call County offices, and determine assessment information, all in one place, and all on the go. Users can search for a property by parcel number or address. A photograph from Google is provided to “visually confirm” that they have selected the correct property. In addition, users can save a list of properties that they have viewed for ease in accessing the information again in the future. They can view information related to the property including a Google map, Assessor parcel map of the location and other Assessor’s Office property information. Look-up their actual Tax bill in PDF format (name information redacted). This app is available on the iOS or Android platform and can be downloaded free of charge from iTunes or Google Play.
