The Palm Beach County IT Department, Information Systems Services (ISS) has developed a secure web application to provide the capability for income-eligible households who are delinquent in their mortgage and escrow payment (PITI) to pay for outstanding costs. Also, funding may assist with late fees, attorney's fees, condominium and homeowners' association payments, special assessments, and other mortgage-associated costs related to the COVID-19 Pandemic.The Department of Housing and Economic Sustainability for Palm Beach County announced the availability of over $20,000,000 for the temporary relief to homeowners. This web application allows homeowners in Palm Beach County to apply for the grant. More than five thousand applications have been processed. The application enables applicants to apply for the grant, check the application's status, upload the required documents, and the Reviewer module provides the Reviewer's capability to approve or deny an application. The portal allows access on their smartphones, tablets, and other devices from the comfort of their homes and businesses 24/7.
