San Bernardino County Library Customer Service Training Module was created to have consistent customer service training for all staff, which includes temporary workers, public service employees, interns, and regular staff. The customer service module is an interactive training tool that demonstrates the importance of excellent customer service. It shows what they should and should not do, review the expectation at working at the San Bernardino County Library. Lastly, it develops a sense of teamwork, knowing every library employee is held to the same expectation. All trainees learn through the module the County Library customer service expectation that they will implement as soon as the training video is complete.
