Most people can’t get to a government office during normal business hours without having to take time off of work. Most government offices are not open in the evening. Macomb County Clerk’s Office solved this problem by staying open until 7 p.m. every Wednesday night.Not only has this program improved customer service by offering residents extended evening hours, it has generated over $100,000 for the county.
