The Montgomery County Maryland Department of Technology Services in collaboration with staff from the Montgomery County Office of Consumer Protection and the Montgomery County Council, has developed a free, web-based Estimated Tax Calculator to allow potential homebuyers the ability to estimate real property taxes and other charges. The calculator provides homebuyers with the most accurate information available about property taxes when considering the purchase of a new home.
