The Enterprise RPA (Robotics Process Automation) CoE (Center of Excellence) Program consists of various cloud technologies solution and an RPA platform to enable modern process automation for the County. The program is centered around UiPath, an RPA platform deployed in Cloud as IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service). This technology stack enabled the enterprise RPA CoE program to benefit County department in various areas: 1. Improved Employee and Customer Satisfaction 2. Accelerated Productivity Gains 3.
