The Cleveland County Comprehensive Employee Health and Wellness Program is a collaborative effort among all county departments, private health insurance providers and brokers, county government leaders, and elected officials and most significantly county employees. The sum of all the parts working together is creating a work environment where employees can choose to become healthier and reduce potential health care costs. Components of the program include an added Employee Health Center and Pharmacy, an additional insurance coverage option, and an Incentive Model for employees.
